1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of buymycafe.co.uk and any brokerage, valuation, advisory or introduction services delivered by BuyMyCafe. By using the site or submitting an enquiry, you accept these terms.

2. Nature of our service

BuyMyCafe provides brokerage, valuation and transactional advisory services in connection with the sale and acquisition of UK fixed-premises daytime hospitality businesses. We are not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority and do not provide regulated financial advice, investment advice, tax advice or legal advice. Buyers and sellers must take independent legal, tax and accountancy advice before completing any transaction.

3. Valuation tool

The online valuation calculator produces an indicative figure based on broker multipliers and the data you enter. It is not a formal RICS valuation, a binding offer, or a substitute for due diligence. Actual market value depends on factors that cannot be assessed without inspection.

4. No guarantee of sale

BuyMyCafe gives no warranty that a business will be sold, that an acquirer will be found within any timeframe, or that any introduced party will proceed to completion. Acquirer registry entries do not guarantee that any specific opportunity will be presented.

5. Confidentiality obligations

All information disclosed to or by BuyMyCafe in the course of a brokerage engagement is confidential. Acquirers introduced under NDA must not approach the seller, the seller's staff, suppliers or landlord directly, and must not disclose the existence of any opportunity to third parties without written consent.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site to:

• submit false, misleading or impersonating information;
• scrape, mirror, harvest or otherwise extract content systematically;
• interfere with the operation or security of the site;
• circumvent NDA-gated introduction processes.

7. Intellectual property

All site content, including guides, knowledge-base articles, valuation frameworks and graphics, is © BuyMyCafe. Personal, non-commercial use is permitted. Reproduction or republication without written consent is prohibited.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, BuyMyCafe excludes liability for indirect, consequential or economic loss arising from use of the site or reliance on any valuation, guide or broker-mediated introduction. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.

9. Governing law & jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or in connection with them.
